About Doria Zacharias
As a licensed mortgage agent, Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) and Credited Mortgage Professional (CMP), finding the right mortgage product and lender for my clients’ home and situation is my field of expertise. I offer mortgage refinance and home purchase mortgage solutions to clients across Grande Prairie, Stettler, Lacombe, Red Deer, and Camrose, Alberta.
I am a member of Dominion Lending Centres, which is Canada’s largest mortgage and lending center with over two-thousand mortgage professionals. While our company has been in business for over twenty years, we are continually coming up with innovative products to stay ahead. We’ve also introduced customer educational strategies to help homebuyers understand the mortgage process and make informed choices.
I operate from Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, while on Saturday and Sunday, clients can get in touch with me on an appointment basis.

I am a relatively new broker, but I have been in the finance industry for many years, which gives me an edge over others. I believe my most innovative quality is that I can relate to the specific type of industry that we have in the Peace Region, as I have worked there for the longest time.
As a business, my goal is to turn my clients’ homeownership dreams into reality. An average customer is someone who has a basic concept of what a mortgage is, but they are uncertain about what they want or need. People also often think that they do not have the finances to purchase a house or that the process of obtaining a mortgage is difficult. In reality, it is a simple and stress-free process because I take care of all the small details involved.
With thousands of mortgage brokers ready to offer their services to clients, what makes me stand out is that I understand mortgages, but more importantly, I understand people. I work for them, their stories, and their dreams. I don’t see my clients as reference numbers; I look at them as families buying a bigger home, entrepreneurs facing challenges in procuring capital, or young couples buying their first home and finding it overwhelming. I care about them and try my best to find a mortgage solution that is best suited to their specific financial needs.
My approach towards my clients and their dreams has been one of the major forces behind my success. It was recognized in 2018 when I received a sales award for my services to the community. That is one of my most significant achievements as a mortgage agent. The best compliment I can receive is to have a past client use my services every time they think of a mortgage, either for them or their friends and family.
A far as numbers are concerned, I will be happy to see the business continue to grow, but more importantly, I would like to see my clients grow year after year.
As a company, we also believe in supporting our local community as much as possible and do so by providing bikes, skates, and Christmas hampers to the kids in the neighborhood.
